In that case, you can use the SiriMic colors Cydia tweak. It can help you Change colors of siri’s mic.

Like most of Modifications of this kind, you require to have Winterboard installed in order to use this tweak. You also need to install a custom source in cydia in order to obtain this tweak. Follow these steps to download this tweak.

  • Open cydia from Homescreen
  • Select Manage from the tabs at the bottom
  • Click On Sources
  • Click the ‘ + ‘ from the top
  • Type in the following URL.
http://repo.technetec.com
  • Then Add it to Sources.
  • Search for Siri Mic colors and install it.
  • Activate it through Winterboard

You now have activated this Tweak. This plugin of winterboard will modify your siri mic and will not affect any other functionality / feature of Siri. From this repo, you get Red, Blue, Green and Yellow mic colors. All of these are free. You just need to search for your desired color after adding the repo as we had told before.

It did not take a lot of time for hackers to realize that they could modify Siri and add much more useful and interesting functionality. One such functionality for Siri is SiriLoveLyrics , which gives you to option of seeing the lyrics of your favorite song via Siri. Such apps turn siri into a real cool and superadvanced virtual assistant.

This further extends the usefulness of siri. Without this if you would have asked siri to do this it would have merely offered you to search the web. But with this cydia tweak, available from the modmyi repository, you can actually get the lyrics of your favorite song just by asking for it. Read further below the image to see how it works.

I have not yet used SiriLoveLyrics but reviews talk very positively about it. If you are looking for such a solution then you must at least give SiriLoveLyrics a try. It may not work according to your needs but who knows, you may love it.

You can ask for lyrics in a wonderful manner. To use SiriLoveLyrics, you just have to install it and then whenever you are listening to a song you have to ask siri “show text” or “show lyrics”. Siri will immediately show the lyrics for the song that you are playing. Another way to ask the lyrics of a song t siri is to just speak in ” Search for Lyrics” , followed by the name of the song you want to get the lyrics of.

A sort of a drawback is that SiriLoveLyrics is priced at 0.99$. This means that you again have to use your pocket and the end results may by unsatisfying, specially if you are not crazy for songs. To use SiriLoveLyrics, the device must be jailbroken and must have AssistantExtensions installed in it.
