To explain what beautifolders does, lets take an example. You make a folder for games and put all of your games in it (or 12 of them) and name it games. This hack will automatically set its of a checker board. It adds no new icon to your home, but instead its settings can also be fount on the native settings app of the iPhone.

You can also make your own theme if you know how to develop it. In such a case, please refer to the readme.txt file placed in the  / Library / Folders Directory. You can download beautifolders via Cydia. It is present on the Mod Myi Repository.

Doing this makes using folders even easy. If a custom theme is set for a category, it also appears as a background in the springboard icon and you can distinguish between the folders easily.
