Temple Run for iPhone – Keep yourself Busy for hours

Temple Run for iPhone

Temple Run is an endless fun game for the iPhone. Its light and good to go. I do not like all those bulky games which take time to load and we have to move through big levels etc. I believe that iPhone Gaming must be light and fun games like Temple Run. Its an endless quest and will keep you tuned for hours.

You have to steal an idol from a temple (at least that is what is looks like to me) and then the guards of the temple or rather the monsters of the temple chase you for the statue. You have to run fast, and jump when you find tree roots or gaps and you have to duck other times. On the go you have to collect the gold coins which you can later use at the store to buy utilities etc. Also, you can complete objectives to increase the multiplier which will multiply the distance you run to get your score.

The paths will lead you to difficult situations, where you have to turn, jump of duck by moving your finger through the screen or rather swiping your finger. The store makes things more interesting. You can buy utilities with gold over their, like ressurection (which makes you alive after you die) or Boosts (which start your game from a particular distance ). You can purchase powerups which will appear at random during game-play. You can also change your characters which makes it all more fun.

Sometimes when you slow down, the monsters will come near you and if you slow down again, by banging against wall or running over small roots, they will catch up and eat you. They are always behind you so be careful.

Screen-Shots of Temple Run

Having said all that you may want to look at the screen-shots once.

Please note that all these photos have been taken form my older iPhone (first Gen) and thus the quality is not so great. Nevertheless, you will get a fair idea of the game.
